If you receive damaged or defective laser lights, please contact us with photos within 7 days. We offer free replacement or full refund at our cost.
3. Shipping Cost
- Defective / wrong items: We cover return shipping
- Voluntary return: Buyer bears return shipping fee
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be issued within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.
